Last weekend we got to witness the power of social media notoriety, when YouTube star Logan Paul somehow found himself in a boxing ring with Floyd Mayweather. Paul, a former high school wrestler who placed fifth in the state of Ohio, wasn’t exactly warmly embraced by wrestling fans as a representative of the sport for the major event. Well, more than likely to the dismay of the wrestling community, another former grappler is participating in a major boxing card this weekend.

Bryce Hall, TikTok star and former wrestler for the Howard High School Lions in Maryland is headlining Social Gloves: Battle of the Platforms, where YouTube and TikTok influencers are pitted against each other in a boxing match. Hall has an astounding 20 million TikTok followers, but it is reasonable to believe his wrestling career was not as astounding. However, he definitely wrestled. See, look.

There you have it. Oddly enough, for the second weekend in a row, a former wrestler turned social media mega-star will be boxing in Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. You can catch Hall squaring up against YouTuber Austin McBroom by pay-per-view at at 7 PM ET tonight. Here’s one of Hall’s TikToks I’ll leave you with.
